Job summary

Unibail-Rodamco Germany GmbH is seeking a Head of Accounting to lead their Finance team in Sweden. This role involves overseeing proper accounting processes across Sweden, Denmark, and the Netherlands, and managing quarterly and annual financial closings.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of accounting experience in real estate or similar sectors and possess a strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP. Benefits include a fantastic bonus scheme, health insurance, and six weeks of vacation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience, preferably within real estate or asset-heavy industries.
• Several years of team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Nordic or Dutch local GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper accounting processes are set up and followed in multiple countries.
• Manage quarterly and annual closings, including balance sheet and P&L reporting.
• Coach, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for the team.
