Professional Galaxy AB is seeking a Senior Global Finance Process Owner to lead the design and implementation of future-state finance processes in D365. This role will ensure standardized finance operations across markets, including redesigning the Chart of Accounts and harmonizing processes. Candidates must have a senior finance background, strong process design experience, and comfort working in complex environments. The position is remote but will involve some travel within Europe.

Qualificações

• Must have a senior finance background with experience in large multinational organizations.
• Strong knowledge in finance processes including Chart of Accounts and reconciliations.
• Proven track record in process design and global harmonization.

Responsabilidades

• Design future-state commercial finance processes for D365.
• Define and govern the global standard for commercial finance processes.
• Lead redesign of the Chart of Accounts and financial dimensions.

Conhecimentos

Senior finance background (accounting/controller/finance lead)

Strong knowledge of CoA, posting logic, period close, reconciliations, and reporting

Proven experience in process design and global harmonization

Experience embedding internal controls into end-to-end processes

Strong senior-stakeholder leadership

Skilled workshop facilitator and decision-driver

High documentation discipline

Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance
