Mühlbauer Group in Norrköping, Sweden, is seeking a service engineer to install, maintain, service and repair our production machines at customer sites. You will undertake short to mid-term service trips worldwide and produce service reports and customer documentation.

The role requires a technical education in mechanical engineering or mechatronics, strong mechanical skills, willingness to travel globally, and good English.

Competenze

• Completed technical education in field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, mechanics or similar requirement.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities; ability to work with customers.
• Very good written and spoken English; willingness to travel worldwide.

Mansioni

• Take over the installation of new plants, the maintenance, servicing and repair of Mühlbauer production machines at our customers' sites.
• Within the scope of our product portfolio you will be on short to mid-termed service trips worldwide
• Creation of service reports and customer documentation
• Customer consulting as well as the implementation of customer trainings on site
• Monitor external maintenance teams, analyze malfunctions and perform troubleshooting
