Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Principal, Global Feasibility in Stockholm to manage high complexity RFPs and feasibility assessments independently. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in clinical research and drug development, with excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will proactively liaise with multiple stakeholders, develop feasibility assessments, and lead mentoring for junior team members. Competitive candidates will have a BS/RN/MS plus 7 years’ experience or a PhD/MD with 3 years’ experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in clinical research or a PhD/MD with 3 years.
• Strong understanding of global country and site feasibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage high complexity RFPs and feasibility assessments.
• Liaise proactively with various business units.
• Prepare and deliver site-level feasibility assessments.
