About the role

Math is the core of our games, much like a script is to a movie. We are seeking a Game Mathematician who understands the significant influence a math model has on key performance indicators such as spins per player and GGR per player, and knows how to craft math models that engage and captivate players.

Our recent games—such as Gold Pigger, Vulcan’s Gold, and Shadow Summoner Egypt—have been topping the charts, and we are at the beginning of an exciting journey to become a major studio in the iGaming industry.

You will develop math models on our own RGS and be the owner of the backend part of your games. You will play a major role in game production.

What you’ll get to do

• Come up with slot game ideas.
• Design and create math models, implementing them into the server/simulator.
• Develop ways to control the game mechanisms, write the code, and implement your controls.
• Fine‑tune the math model.
• Set up server responses and align with the front‑end developer.
• Add forced outcome/cheat capabilities to servers to facilitate game development and testing.
• Gather and communicate game statistics and your math vision to support visual and sound development, and game certification.
• Prepare math documents for game certification and address any math issues raised by test labs and regulators.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in the casino game industry, mainly slot games.
• Knowledge in statistics such as combinations, distributions, variance, and confidence intervals.
• Experience with Excel.
• Programming experience in Typescript.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Familiarity with casino game regulations and jurisdictional requirements.
• Solid interest in games in general, and casino games in particular.
