Legora, a Stockholm-based AI-native legal tech company, is seeking a frontend-leaning fullstack engineer. You will design, build, and ship high-quality features across our web platform, owning features end-to-end from UI to APIs while staying comfortable moving down the stack when needed.

You’ll collaborate with design and product to translate ideas into fast, intuitive interfaces, mentor teammates, and help elevate frontend architecture, performance, and code quality in a fast-paced startup.

The role
As a Frontend-Leaning Fullstack Engineer at Legora, you'll shape the interfaces that legal professionals rely on every day, while staying comfortable moving down the stack when the problem calls for it. You'll own features end-to-end, from design handoff through to production, and help set the bar for what a fast, polished, and reliable product experience looks like.
*This is a Stockholm-based, 5-day in-office role, we believe building together in person drives better outcomes.
What you will be doing:

• Design, build, and ship high-quality features across our web platform, with a strong emphasis on frontend craftsmanship, performance, and usability.

• Own the full lifecycle of a feature, from UI to the underlying APIs and services that power it.

• Work with technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node.js, and our design system, while occasionally reaching into backend and infrastructure as needed.

• Collaborate closely with design and product to translate ideas into interfaces that feel fast, intuitive, and delightful.

• Champion frontend architecture, component quality, and performance best practices across the team.

• Review code and mentor colleagues, raising the overall technical bar and fostering a culture of excellence.

• Contribute to broader technical and product discussions to ensure the platform evolves sustainably.

Who you are

• An engineer with experience building and shipping modern software products.

• Comfortable working across the stack, with strong skills in frontend development and a genuine eye for detail and UX.

• Passionate about writing maintainable, secure code — and take pride in building things that last.

• A problem solver who enjoys thinking about architecture, data flows, and long-term sustainability.

• Familiar with backend concepts, cloud infrastructure, and integrations (experience with enterprise-scale systems is a plus).

• Proactive, curious, and motivated by working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

• React Native experience is a plus.
