Job summary

Aira in Stockholm is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join the Survey & Design team, building products that power our customer acquisition journey across Europe.

You’ll work in a small, autonomous product team with product managers, designers, and engineers to design scalable solutions across the stack and deliver great user experiences using Java, Spring Boot, React, and modern tech.

Qualifications

• Around 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience building modern applications across the stack.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot experience.
• Experience designing and building APIs.
• Solid knowledge of databases, distributed systems and microservices.
• Ability to write clean, testable and scalable software.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and build applications for multiple European markets.
• Develop scalable APIs and integrations with third‑party systems.
• Process and manage data collected throughout the Survey & Design journey.
• Transform complex technical data into usable solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and platform evolution.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and end users to improve workflows.
• Explore new technologies to solve real business problems.
