Responsibilities

• Drive the direction of frontend/backend architectures and make engineers around you better.
• Lead technical conversations, push back on scope when needed, and build consensus.
• Collaborate across tracks to ensure production-grade systems that scale under load.
• Bridge frontend and backend work when required and mentor peers.
