We are expanding our Development Team and looking for naturally curious and passionate Full Stack Developers to join us on our journey to revolutionize time‑critical logistics worldwide.

Together with our diverse R‘D team, you'll help build the technology behind urgent deliveries that truly matter. We assist hospitals in delivering life‑saving transplants on time. We help airlines keep planes flying and factories producing by quickly getting critical parts where they're needed. If it's urgent, we're on it and you'll help build the tools that make it happen.

Your role with us:

• work closely with our product team to build smart solutions that optimize logistic processes;
• understand the bigger picture to build the right features for time‑critical logistics;
• design, build and maintain efficient, clean and scalable code;
• ensure quality through test automation and peer reviews;

What you will be working on:

• exciting and complex problems in time‑critical logistics;
• a Ruby on Rails monolith with a React (MobX) UI used by global teams;
• microservices (Go and Ruby) to assure that our architecture is scalable;
• smaller features and bug fixes as well as large‑scale projects;
• writing tests and improving our CI/CD pipelines;

Our hiring process:

1. Introductory Meeting with the Director of Engineering This is a chance to learn more about the role, Airspace, and how we work. You will also have the opportunity to introduce yourself and share what excites you about joining our team.
2. Live Coding Exercise Collaborate with one of our senior engineers on a live coding challenge in either Ruby or React. We are not just looking at your technical skills, but also how you approach problem-solving and communication. Please note: To ensure a fair and authentic assessment, we ask that you do not use any AI tools or LLMs during the challenge.
3. Team Meet ‘& Greet Get to know each member of our international R‘D team. This is your time to ask questions, get a sense of our team dynamic and see what it's like to be part of our culture.
