Job summary

COMSOL Ab is seeking an experienced Frontend Team Lead in Stockholm to drive web frontend development for COMSOL Multiphysics. You will lead the team, coordinate projects, and contribute hands‑on coding with TypeScript and Vue while guiding product design and technical decisions.

Based in Stockholm, you will balance leadership with hands‑on development, collaborating across product areas to deliver intuitive interfaces for complex simulation software, and you can work from home when feasible.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. or equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
• Excellent programming skills and several years of professional software development experience.
• Experience taking technical responsibility for software projects or significant areas of a product.
• Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities, make decisions, and support other developers in their work.

Responsibilities

• Lead web frontend development for COMSOL’s product suite, including models, data, and simulations.
• Coordinate and manage the development projects within the team, plan deliverables, and guide team members.
• Write and review code, contribute to product and technical design, and make technical decisions.
• Create an environment where the team can deliver high‑quality software and grow professionally.
