Job summary

Rasulson Consulting AB seeks a skilled frontend developer to build robust, reusable components within a design system. The role emphasizes semantics, accessibility, API design, testing and documentation, working closely with design and content teams.

You will implement components with Lit and Web Components, contribute to the design system's workflows, and help other teams apply guidelines. This is a temporary assignment covering parental leave within a small, focused team.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of frontend development experience.
• Experience with component-based frontend development, preferably React.
• Hands-on Web Components experience, ideally with Lit.
• Experience building or contributing to component libraries or design systems.
• Foundational accessibility knowledge (WCAG, semantics, keyboard navigation).
• Experience with version control and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong collaboration with designers, UX writers, and developers.
• Ability to clearly document components, guidelines and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve robust, reusable UI components within a design system.
• Ensure accessibility, semantics and testability of components.
