Reboot Monkey, a global leader in IT solutions, is seeking Freelance Data Center Technicians to support on-demand data center operations. You will handle hardware installation, troubleshooting, and network management across remote centers, working independently with backing from our global team.

We value deep expertise in data center equipment and software, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with remote IT teams while managing incidents with minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center operations and on-demand support.
• Proficient with Linux and Windows systems.
• Familiar with Cisco and Juniper routers, switches and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networking equipment, and other hardware.
• Monitor data center operations remotely and on-site, diagnose and resolve issues.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot networking devices (Cisco/Juniper).
• Manage Linux and Windows systems, perform updates and security patches.
• Document installations, repairs, and performance for remote teams.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect infrastructure.
• Collaborate with remote IT teams and vendors on projects.
