Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Marketing Designer (Fractional, 2-3 days/week) based in Sweden to own and evolve the design system, design landing pages in Webflow, and create scalable sales templates. You will craft high-impact visuals across websites, presentations, ads, and product marketing while collaborating with the founding team.

You bring 4+ years in B2B SaaS design, live Webflow experience, and mastery of Figma, PowerPoint, and typography.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of professional design experience in B2B SaaS or with SaaS clients.
Portfolio shows cohesive brand identity across websites, sales presentations, and ads.
Fluent in Figma and has launched live Webflow websites, not just concepts.
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides for reusable templates.
Excellent typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Fast, self-directed, and able to translate briefs into multiple directions.
Clear creative point of view within an existing visual system with room to improve it.
Comfortable working remotely with independent priority management and US Eastern overlap.
Motion design experience with After Effects, Lottie, or Rive is a plus.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS; familiarity with SEO or AI tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the brand design system, audit materials, and document standards in Figma.
Design and develop landing pages and website sections in Webflow from concept to live.
Create scalable sales templates in PowerPoint/Slides and reusable assets for teams.
Produce ads and social creatives for LinkedIn and other channels with variants for testing.
Create product mockups, feature graphics, and lightweight motion assets for multiple channels.
Manage Webflow CMS updates and asset handoffs for sales and marketing teams.
Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts and own creative direction.
Collaborate with founders to shape visual identity and refine approaches as needed.
Work efficiently in a fast-moving, remote environment with independent priorities.
Help establish visual foundations for a growing business in AI-focused markets.
