Job summary

Froda in Stockholm is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead 2–3 cross-functional product teams and ensure delivery of value with quality. You will partner with Product Managers and Tech Leads to remove obstacles and build strong teams capable of moving fast while keeping a reliable platform.

You will shape the technical direction, align business needs with engineering decisions, and continuously improve how we build, ship, and learn from what we deliver.

Qualifications

• Strong track record leading engineering teams in a product-focused tech environment.
• Ability to drive delivery across multiple teams with predictability and quality.
• Solid architectural understanding to balance trade-offs.
• Experience coaching engineers with feedback and performance follow-up.
• Fluency in English; Swedish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery across multiple teams by improving planning and execution, ensuring priorities align with business goals.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and capacity challenges early.
• Support a healthy balance between product delivery and technical improvements.
• Coach and develop engineers while fostering a sustainable, high-performing team.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across Product, Tech, Commercial, and Partnerships.
