Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Finance Systems Business Analyst focused on CCH Tagetik within Corporate Finance. You will translate business needs into practical system solutions, train users, and continually improve the platform across the group.

You will work between Finance and IT as a trusted advisor, owning the Finance perspective and collaborating with Product Owner and Solution Architect to ensure alignment with governance and master data rules.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Corporate Finance processes at a group-wide level.
• Experience translating business needs into functional system requirements.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-expert IT teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with CCH Tagetik is an advantage; global experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as system owner and SME for the CCH Tagetik platform.
• Advise business stakeholders on platform capabilities and data flows.
• Own the functional Finance perspective in discussions with PO and IT.
• Provide Finance expertise to the Solution Architect on data needs.
• Manage master data, system controls, and user access.
• Provide training and ongoing user support.
• Stay aligned with the platform roadmap and new features.
• Analyze, configure, test and deploy changes to improve solutions.
• Contribute to projects and smaller deliveries with the Product Owner.
