Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
- Over 10 years' finance experience with leadership in a multinational setting.
- Proven transformation track record: process improvement, automation and digital enablement.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, tax, budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders in a complex matrix.
Responsibilities
- Strategic finance and business partnering.
- Define and execute regional financial priorities.
- Lead regional planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Support pricing, portfolio, investment and capital allocation.
- Drive improvements in profitability, working capital and cash generation.
- Transform finance processes, systems and capabilities.
- Strengthen governance, risk and compliance.
