Job summary

GlobalConnect is moving to IFS Cloud, and you will own the ERP solution’s direction and governance, delivering continued value for our business. The role focuses on end-to-end ownership of the system used by finance and supply chain, with a strong emphasis on cloud migration and long-term ownership.

You will join a team of around eight across Sweden and Denmark, reporting to the Director, ERP & HR Solutions.

Qualifications

Around 7–10 years of relevant experience in a comparable ERP or system-owner role.
Direct experience working with IFS in a technical role, preferably also with IFS Cloud.
Professional working proficiency in English and strong in stakeholder engagements.

Responsibilities

Take end-to-end ownership of the ERP solutions and set direction for their ongoing development.
Help shape the IFS Cloud solution, balancing business needs with maintainability and standard IFS capabilities.
Create roadmaps and manage demand and priorities for future changes across the portfolio.
Govern changes and releases, considering impacts on processes, data, reporting, integrations, security and controls.
Coordinate business readiness for releases, including testing, documentation, training and transition into ongoing support.
Work with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, vendors and implementation partners to improve processes and help people adopt new ways of working.
