Zusammenfassung

Aurora Engineering AB is seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our enterprise network infrastructure in Gothenburg. You will work on LAN, WAN, SD‑WAN, WLAN, and remote‑access solutions, ensuring secure connectivity across on‑premises and cloud environments.

You will manage routing, switching, firewalls and VPNs, perform upgrades, and support high‑availability, disaster recovery, and incident response. Strong English and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Networking or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in network engineering or similar.
• Proven experience managing enterprise networks and critical connectivity.
• Hands-on routing/switching with Cisco, Fortinet, Huawei or equivalents.
• Experience configuring enterprise firewalls, VPNs and security solutions.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT.
• Experience with LAN/WAN/SD‑WAN/WLAN/edge and remote access.
• Experience with IPSec, SSL, Site‑to‑Site and Remote Access VPNs.
• Understanding of network security, Zero Trust, access management.
• Certifications like CCNA/CCNP or Fortinet NSE welcomed.
• Experience with hybrid-cloud connectivity (AWS/Azure/Alibaba).
• Proficiency in written/spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Design, configure and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, WLAN and remote-access solutions.
• Manage routing, switching, segmentation, firewalls and access controls.
• Implement and support VPNs (IPSec, SSL, Site‑to‑Site).
• Support hybrid-cloud connectivity with AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents and perform root-cause analyses.
• Perform upgrades, patching, hardening and lifecycle activities.
• Support high-availability, DR and business-continuity testing.
• Maintain DNS, DHCP, IPAM and related services; load balancing.
• Produce network diagrams and operating procedures; document standards.
• Coordinate migrations with partners and vendors; drive automation.
