Enterprise Architect
At the Vitrolife Group, we work every day to unlock the full potential of science and technology to reduce the barriers towards building a family. Together we help our customers and their patients to fulfill the dream of having a baby.
Shape the Decisions Behind Our Product Model — Not Just the DiagramsAre you energized by architecting for empowered product teams rather than for a control room? We're looking for an Enterprise Architect to guide Vitrolife Group through our shift from project-driven delivery to a domain-based product operating model — in a MedTech setting where regulation, AI governance, and platform engineering all have to work together from day one.
You'll architect for team autonomy and clear domain boundaries, govern through decision records instead of review-board theatre, and treat regulatory constraints (SaMD, IEC 62304, MDR/IVDR) as inputs to design rather than a documentation exercise at the end. You'll also help define how AI is governed across the enterprise, and how AI is used responsibly within the architecture practice itself.
