Job summary

Froda in Stockholm is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead 2–3 cross-functional product teams and deliver value with clarity, predictability, and high quality. You’ll work closely with Product Managers and Tech Leads to focus efforts, remove obstacles, and build teams that move fast while maintaining a reliable platform.

You will shape technical direction, translate business needs into sustainable engineering decisions, and improve how we build, ship, and learn from what we deliver.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in a product-focused tech organization.
• Delivery planning and execution across teams with emphasis on predictability and quality.
• Coaching and developing engineers through feedback and performance follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery across multiple teams by improving planning, execution, and follow-up; align priorities with business goals.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and capacity challenges early.
• Support a balance between product delivery and technical improvements.
• Coach and develop engineers; foster a sustainable, high-performing team environment.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with Product, Tech, Commercial, and Partnerships.
