Dignus Medical seeks a Specialist in Endocrinology for a Nordic island posting, combining broad clinical work with professional responsibility and a high quality of life. You will assess, treat and follow patients with endocrine and metabolic conditions in a close-knit Nordic healthcare environment.

Competenze

• Holds an EU-recognized qualification in endocrinology.
• Broad clinical competence within endocrinology.
• Experience in assessment, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of endocrine and metabolic conditions.
• Independent clinical decisions and responsibility for patient care.
• Broad and flexible approach to specialist work.
• Enjoys working in a small team with multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach.
• Communicates well in English and is motivated to learn Swedish.

Mansioni

• Assess, diagnose, treat and follow patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders.
• Manage diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis and calcium metabolism, pituitary and adrenal disorders.
• Evaluate and follow-up patients with both common and complex endocrine conditions.
• Provide specialist consultations and clinical guidance when needed.
• Work independently while being an active part of the medical team.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the medical department and other specialties.
