Job summary

Sharp Brains is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user support, office infrastructure, asset management, and project-based assistance in Linköping. You will troubleshoot device issues, manage lifecycle, and coordinate with remote teams and vendors.

You will support Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints, printers, and networked office systems, assisting with moves, hardware refreshes, and inventory control.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, and office IT infrastructure.
  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WiFi, switches, routers, access points).
  • Experience with hardware asset management and inventory control.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote support teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite end-user support for desktops/laptops/mobile devices/printers and peripherals (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Provision, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment and coordinate with Level 2 teams.
  • Support office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and workplace technologies; manage switches/routers/APs.
  • Coordinate warranty repairs, asset redeployment, and stock management; conduct inventory audits.
  • Support office moves, hardware refreshes, and organization-wide technology deployments; provide remote hands support as needed.

.Key Responsibilities
:End-User Suppor
  • tProvide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • .Provision, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment
  • .Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues
  • .Coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams
.Office Infrastructure Suppor
  • tSupport office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and workplace technologies
  • .Install, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, and related infrastructure equipment
  • .Assist with smart office solutions, digital signage, and conference room technologies
  • .Coordinate with vendors and support scheduled maintenance activities
.Asset Managemen
  • tReceive, register, label, image, deploy, track, and maintain IT assets
  • .Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate asset records
  • .Coordinate warranty repairs, device redeployment, disposal, and stock management
  • .Ensure compliance with asset management policies and audit requirements
.Project & Site Suppor
  • tSupport office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations, and infrastructure objects
  • .Assist with business events, demonstrations, and technology deployments
  • .Provide remote hands support and escort third-party vendors when required
