Arla Foods is seeking an Operational Network Planner to join our Solna team, driving end-to-end planning and balancing production capacity, inventory and waste while maintaining service levels. You will collaborate with colleagues across Supply Chain, Commercial and Production to drive data-driven decisions, optimisations and proactive issue resolution in a fast-changing market.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in SCM, Logistics, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or manufacturing, preferably working within S&OE or short-term planning horizons.
• Strong analytical capabilities to translate data into actions.
• Excellent communication across functions and levels.
• Curious, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Optimizing supply chain performance through data-driven decisions.
• Monitoring KPIs and implementing corrective actions.
• Conducting scenario planning to mitigate risks, reduce waste and manage demand fluctuations.
• Escalating imbalances to executive forums and stakeholders.
• Leading dialogue between Supply Chain and Commercial teams for complex issues.
• Identifying end-to-end optimization opportunities.
