Job summary

ALTEN Sweden is looking for Embedded Software Consultants to support the development of our next-generation software platform for machine ECUs. The assignment focuses on low-level embedded software and platform development, working close to the MCU and hardware within a technically strong team delivering deterministic, robust real-time software.

Qualifications

• Experience in low-level embedded software development.
• Strong understanding of microcontrollers and embedded hardware.
• Experience with RTOS and/or bare-metal software.
• Experience with bootloaders/boot software, startup code, memory and hardware initialization.
• Good understanding of real-time behavior, interrupts, memory and peripheral interfaces.
• Strong debugging skills and experience working hands-on with embedded hardware and measurement equipment.
• Strong programming skills in C++, with Python experience for scripting, automation and testing.
• Comfortable working in an environment with complex hardware/software interactions.
