Job description
- Upgrading electrical systems of the test facility
- Installation, wiring and troubleshooting of electrical systems including analog and digital sensors and actuators, controls panels and cabinets (230/400VAC and 24VDC)
- Prepare test articles and related subsystems for testing
- Maintenance of the facilities electrical systems and updating the documentation accordingly
- Support testing operations as required, including performing manual operations on pressurized and cryogenic systems
- Degree and proven experience as an electrician, electrical technician or similar, preferably in a high-tech or industrial setting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Hands-on experience with PLC systems, preferable Beckhoff
- Familiarity with ATEX regulations, high-pressure environments, and cryogenic systems is highly desirable
- Occupational trade school qualification in an electrical field
