Job summary

Lyten is seeking an Electrical Compliance Specialist to ensure electrical safety across manufacturing and utility operations in a high-energy environment. You will design and implement safety programs to protect personnel and assets, compliant with IEC, NFPA 70E, and LOTO practices.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in electrical safety within industrial settings, strong knowledge of high-voltage systems and arc-flash protection, and experience delivering training and conducting audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical safety within industrial/manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain electrical safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct hazard risk assessments and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Deliver electrical safety training for teams and contractors.
• Perform inspections of electrical installations, switchgear, and battery systems.
• Lead investigations of electrical incidents and near misses.
