Job summary

Candela Technology in Sweden seeks an experienced Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development and industrialization of electrical systems for their innovative hydrofoil vessels. You will ensure that electrical subsystems are robust and integrated within the manufacturing process.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, strong documentation skills, and a collaborative spirit. This is a hands-on role that requires close cooperation with R&D and production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical and electronics development and/or industrialization.
• Experience in regulated industries with high requirements on safety and compliance.
• Experience producing and reviewing structured technical documentation for industrial products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of electrical and electronic systems build processes.
• Collaborate closely with Research & Development to ensure product designs are optimized.
• Drive technical evaluations at system level, balancing performance, cost, risk, and production constraints.
