ALTEN is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team in Sweden. You will design and optimize cable harness routing solutions, ensuring they meet functional, manufacturing, serviceability, quality and cost targets.

The role involves close collaboration with program stakeholders and cross-functional partners across industries. You will work with CATIA V5/3DX, PLM systems, and other tools, contributing to project development and providing support to production during test assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize cable harness routing solutions to meet functional, manufacturing, serviceability, quality and cost requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and timely changes.
• Support production during test assembly and implement improvements and Change Requests as needed.
