Job summary

ALTEN Sverige AB is seeking an engaged Electrical/Electronic Project Engineer to join our team in Västerås. You will manage the full lifecycle of electrical and electronic systems, from design to commissioning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive complex projects forward.

The role combines technical execution with project coordination, covering planning, testing, documentation, and supplier coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
• Strong experience with tools such as EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or E3

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, test, and implement electrical/electronic systems and components
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and analyses using relevant tools and software
• Develop project plans including schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and performance, taking action to resolve issues and minimize delays
• Coordinate activities internally and with external stakeholders, including contractors
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of infrastructure, equipment, and systems
• Contribute to engineering standards, specifications, and best practices
