Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment is searching for a Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Analyst Programmer in Stockholm, Sweden. Hybrid work model and a full-time permanent role with GMT+1 hours. Relocation to Malta with visa and relocation package included.

The candidate will analyse requirements, develop D365 F&O customizations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, while mentoring juniors and staying current with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations development and support.
• Strong knowledge of X++ programming language and extensions/customizations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and data management practices.
• Experience with Data Entities and Power Platform integrations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate into technical specs for D365 F&O.
• Design, develop, and implement customizations and enhancements to D365 F&O.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for D365 F&O.
• Conduct system testing and validation to meet quality and performance standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to D365 F&O.
• Train and mentor junior team members on Dynamics 365 functionalities.
• Carry out additional duties as advised by Practice management.
