Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is seeking a Digital Design Capability Architect/Lead to evolve Digital Design across CAD, Electronic Design, BIM and related tools.

You will define standards, promote reusable design frameworks, advance the digital thread connectivity between design tools, PLM and business processes, and enable configurable product development with improved data quality and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, computer science, IT or related field.
• Experience with CAD, PLM, BIM, and related digital engineering platforms.
• Knowledge of product development processes and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with engineering integrations and digital thread concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define and promote engineering standards, templates and reusable libraries.
• Lead the implementation of Digital Design capabilities across CAD, Electronic Design and BIM.
• Collaborate with跨‑functional teams to improve data flow and interoperability between systems.
• Drive adoption of modern digital engineering practices and governance models.
