Job summary

Cambio Group in Sweden is seeking a DevOps Engineer to play an active role in how we build, deploy, operate and continually improve products within Cambio’s Social Care portfolio. You will work with modern SaaS and container-based solutions, focusing on automation, CI/CD, deployment and reliability across delivery models.

You will combine technical implementation with collaboration across teams, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders, helping modernise delivery processes and influence

Qualifications

• You have a few years of experience within DevOps, infrastructure, operations, platform engineering or software delivery.
• You are curious, proactive and enjoy solving problems, taking initiative and learning independently.
• Ability to learn and improve how systems are built, deployed and operated in evolving environments.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated release processes.
• Develop and operate container-based environments using Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Improve deployment processes through automation and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strengthen monitoring, observability and operational reliability.

The position

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who wants to play an active role in how we build, deploy, operate and continuously improve products within Cambio’s Social Care portfolio. You will work with both modern SaaS and container-based solutions as well as established products used in our customers’ daily operations. Your focus will be on automation, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring and operational reliability across different delivery models. This is a hands‑on role where you will combine technical implementation with collaboration across teams, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. You will help modernise our delivery processes and influence how DevOps and platform capabilities evolve within Social Care.

Some of the things you’ll do

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated release processes.

About You

You have a few years of experience within DevOps, infrastructure, operations, platform engineering or software delivery and are looking for a role where you can take greater ownership while continuing to grow professionally.

You are curious, proactive and enjoy solving problems. You take initiative, learn independently and find practical ways forward, especially in environments where not everything is fully defined.

We believe you have experience with some of the following

• DevOps, infrastructure, operations or platform engineering.
• Scripting or automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar.
• CI/CD pipelines and software delivery automation.
• Containers and orchestration platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes or similar.
• Infrastructure automation or Infrastructure as Code.
• Monitoring, logging and observability.
• SQL databases.
• Swedish and English, verbally as well as in writing

Just as important as specific technologies is your ability to learn, take ownership and continuously improve how systems are built, deployed and operated.

Place of employment: Linköping or Motala.

Scope: Full-time, hybrid work model (three days per week in-office)

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
