Job summary

Integro-Consulting-Ab söker en Senior Developer Platform Engineer till vår kund inom fordonsindustrin. Du kommer att skapa återanvändbara, säkra lösningar som integreras i utvecklingsarbete och göra vägledningen så enkel som möjligt för kollegor.

Du arbetar med AI‑verktyg, förbättrar utvecklarupplevelsen och samarbetar nära olika team. Vi ser gärna erfarenhet av Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD och infrastruktur som kod.

Qualifications

• Minst 5 års erfarenhet av mjukvaruutveckling och DevSecOps.
• Kubernetes eller OpenShift, samt CI/CD med Azure DevOps eller GitHub Actions.
• Automation och scripting (Bash, PowerShell).
• Programmeringsspråk: Python, TypeScript, React.
• Docker och container-teknik.
• Infrastruktur som kod: Terraform.
• Backstage eller IDP-erfarenhet.
• Engelska flytande; svenska föredras.

We are looking for an Senior Developer Platform Engineer for our our client in the automotive industry.

In this role you will:

• Create reusable, extensible, and secure solutions that integrate seamlessly into engineering workflows
• Make the Golden Path the easiest path for our colleagues
• Experiment and build with AI (LLMs, agents, MCP) to rethink how software is built in our client and how it can help in the software development process of the future
• Partner closely with teams to understand pain points and how to eliminate them
• Continuously evolve the existing solutions based on real usage and feedback
• Raise the bar for developer experience across the organization

Skills required:

• Strong DevSecOps fundamentals and mindset
• Knowledge about AI and how it changes software development process
• Open mind and confidence to explore and propose new solutions
• Ability to listen to, understand and find solutions for every day problems in software development and engineering
• You are fluent in English and preferably Swedish.
• You have great communication- & collaboration skills
• You are pro-active with a positive mindset

Experience required:

Min 5 years of;

• Kubernetes or OpenShift (deployments, manifests, core resources)
• CI/CD systems (Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions)
• Automation and scripting (Bash, PowerShell)
• Software engineering background (Python, TypeScript, React).
• Hands‑on experience with container technologies (Docker)
• Solid understanding of Git-based workflows and modern collaboration practices
• Deep understanding of DevSecOps and secure‑by‑design principles
• Experience or strong conceptual understanding of AI and its usage in software development
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Experience with Backstage or Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs)
• Plus if you have experience from working with DevSecOps within the automotive industry.
