Job summary

Incluso is seeking a Design & Component Responsible Canning Systems (Hot End) for a global company in Gothenburg. Start is in Sep 2026 on a 15-month limited contract, with possibility of extension. The role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.

You will lead design work in Catia, manage simulations (LCF/HCF/CFD), coordinate with suppliers, ensure documentation is up to date, and report at GTM. Knowledge of sheet metal and casting is preferred and strong Swedish/English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineer with Catia V5 and TC experience.
• Design experience with sheet metal and cast parts (hot end merit).
• Experience with sheet metal/casting is a plus.
• Ability to interpret simulation results (LCF/HCF/CFD).
• Powertrain experience (EAS and vehicle parts).
• Knowledge of Global Product Development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead simulations and technical discussions with suppliers.
• Ensure documentation is correct and systems updated.
• Handle parts in TC (PLM system).
• Follow up testing and physical builds.
• Report outs in GTM meetings.

We are looking for a Design & Component Responsible Canning Systems (Hot End) for a global company in Gothenburg.

Start is in Sep 2026, 15-months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

Design Engineer/Component responsible within our part responsibility area which is:

• Catalysts and downpipe
• Heatshield - mainly multilayers but also single layer
• Brackets
• Cold End
• Design work in Catia as well as keeping our admin systems up to date.
• Take lead for simulations needed
• Take lead in technical discussions with suppliers.
• Be responsible that documentation is correct and systems are updated witrh the lates design.
• Report out in GTM (Group Technical Meetings)
• Handle parts in TC which is our PLM system
• Follow up testing and physical builds
• Keep GDL/SA3 updated)
• Report outs when needed.

Skill requirements

• Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Documented experience in Catia V5 and TC
• Design experience sheet metal/casted parts - Hot End meritorius
• Experience from sheet metal/casting meritourius
• Understand simulation results (LCF/HCF/CFD)
• Powertrain experience - EAS (engine plant) and c-parts (vehicle plant).
• Understanding of Global Product Development System and belonging processes.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
