Job summary

Inter IKEA Group in Malmö is seeking a senior Product Lead for Data Management & Performance. You will lead three product teams to build data discoverability and trust, shaping platform strategy and adopting a product mindset across IKEA.

You will drive data catalogues, metadata capabilities, and connected data experiences with tools like Collibra, Metaphacts and Rdfox, partnering with business and technology to maximize value and impact.

You'll be part of the Data Management & Performance organisation within Operations Management at Inter IKEA, working closely with business leaders, data professionals, engineers, architects and governance specialists. You'll report to our Data Management & Performance Manager.

Our team is based in Malmö. We believe that your presence with the team is important, and expect you to work from the workplace three days a week

Job Description

You'll lead 3 product teams, working closely with product leaders and product specialists, on the platforms and capabilities that help IKEA find, understand, and trust its data. You'll drive adoption of a platform-as-a-product mindset and help shape how our platforms support IKEA's AI and data journey.

You will:
