Swedium Global is seeking a Data Scientist to develop, maintain, and enhance recommendation and personalization AI models. You will own the full machine learning lifecycle—from data exploration and model development to deployment and monitoring—delivering scalable, production-ready solutions that create measurable customer impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain existing AI models (recommendation engines, LLM-based applications) and related pipelines.
- Improve the performance and reliability of production systems.
- Collaborate with product managers to identify use cases and deliver proof-of-concepts.
- Apply MLOps best practices for deployment, monitoring, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and visualizations to support decision-making.
Required Skills
- Strong Python programming and production-quality coding skills.
- Practical Deep Learning experience (Computer Vision, NLP).
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow.
- Proficiency in MLOps and CI/CD in GCP (Vertex AI).
- Strong understanding of Git and version control.
- Solid SQL expertise.
- Practical experience with recommendation and personalization systems.
- Experience working with LLMs (prompt engineering, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases).
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Redis and DBT.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
