Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a newly graduated data science/AI professional to help build machine learning models, predictive analytics, and GenAI-powered applications within the Packet Core team. You will turn insights into KPI dashboards and contribute to scalable data pipelines, collaborating in an agile environment.

You will work with Python, SQL, and data modelling, with exposure to Airflow, Kubernetes, Docker, and NoSQL databases. Strong English skills and a degree in a related field are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Python, ML, and data modelling.
• Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative teamwork.
• English proficiency in written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop machine learning models and predictive analytics to improve operational efficiency across Ericsson Packet Core.
• Build and experiment with generative AI applications, including intelligent agents.

Our unit consolidates diverse data sources through a centralized data platform and delivers traditional and predictive analytics, machine learning, and generative AI applications to increase operational efficiency across Ericsson Packet Core.In this position, you will be part of a team of experienced and motivated engineers and contribute to an agile, cross-functional environment where data science and AI are used to improve internal R&D efficiency. You will help build machine learning models, predictive analytics, and GenAI-powered applications such as intelligent agents, supported by the reliable data foundations that make them possible. What You Will Do- Develop machine learning models and predictive analytics that improve operational efficiency across Ericsson Packet Core.- Build and experiment with generative AI applications, including intelligent agents that automate tasks such as log analysis and technical requirements search.- Turn analytical insights into KPI dashboards and reusable data products that support data-driven decision-making.- Contribute to the data pipelines and data platform that feed and support these models and AI solutions.- Help establish scalable, reliable, and reusable data science and AI capabilities that can be adopted across Ericsson Packet Core.
