Job summary

Amazon Data Services Sweden AB seeks a senior leader to oversee Data Center Operations across Sweden. You will drive strategic vision, recruit and mentor a management team, and optimize processes for reliable, scalable infrastructure.

You will manage current facilities and support new expansions, define performance metrics, and pursue continuous improvement to reduce costs while ensuring safety and availability.

This role requires strong leadership and deep data center expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale technological services across complex environments.
• Proven track record delivering large, multi-year projects on time.
• Strong leadership of high-performing teams, including people managers.
• Solid technical understanding of data center infrastructure.
• Valid EU driving license is required.
