Cbtalents is seeking a Danish-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to onboard and engage high-potential Nordic clients. You will build trusted relationships, drive product adoption, and identify growth opportunities in a tech-focused advertising environment.

The role requires Danish (C2) and English (C1), strong CRM and sales experience, and an ability to work independently. This is a full-time, hybrid position with relocation support to Barcelona and a dynamic international team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent experience.
• Fluent Danish (C2) and English (C1) required.
• Minimum 20 months in sales/marketing in client-facing roles.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.

Responsibilities

You will build strong client relationships, drive product adoption, reduce churn, and identify opportunities for growth and long-term value creation while acting as a trusted digital advertising advisor.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor, onboarding a portfolio of new clients and developing high-performing PPC and digital advertising campaigns

Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell advertising solutions

Understand client objectives and deliver tailored, results-driven strategies

Set up strategic campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term performance sustainability

Drive account growth through upselling and increased advertising spend

Create, maintain, and update customer records with complete and accurate information

Manage a high volume of potential clients daily through phone interactions

Requirements

BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) or equivalent professional experience

Fluent Danish (C2 level) and English (C1 level)

Minimum 20 months of experience in sales and/or marketing in client-facing roles

Proven ability to work independently and consistently deliver strong results

Strong experience managing customer relationships and CRM systems
