Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Cybersecurity Testing & Operations Specialist to strengthen cyber resilience. You will plan and execute testing, manage vulnerabilities end-to-end, and drive improvements across infrastructure, apps, and cloud environments.

You will collaborate with security, operations, and architecture teams to close gaps, validate controls, and advance the security program through repeatable, threat-informed testing workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• 8–10 years’ experience in cybersecurity testing and operations.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and coordinate cybersecurity testing across infra, apps, cloud, and networks.
• Drive end-to-end vulnerability management: identify, assess risk, prioritize, remediate, report.
• Evaluate security controls and align with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with security, infra, cloud, and architecture teams to close gaps.
• Establish testing methodologies, standards, and repeatable processes.
• Support threat-informed testing and security readiness initiatives.
