Job summary

RaySearch Laboratories AB (Publ) is seeking a Risk Manager to identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity and information security risks across our medical software products. You will join a small cybersecurity group and work with development teams to ensure regulatory compliance and secure software practices.

You will drive risk-based design, threat modelling, and documentation across the product lifecycle, with emphasis on cloud solutions and SSDLC. Fluency in English and Swedish is required.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in engineering, or equivalent.
• 3+ years' experience working in a software development environment with complex software products.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English and Swedish).

Responsibilities

• Participate in project planning with the project management team.
• Support development team with risk management tasks and design/risk analyses.
• Own and maintain the project’s risk management documentation.
• Coordinate cybersecurity management within product development and SSDLC.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity documentation for regulated products (FDA-related requirements).
