Hitachi Energy Sweden is seeking a leader for a cybersecurity team in Västerås. You will design and recruit specialists while guiding the growth of the GI Cybersecurity program. Responsibilities include managing effective cybersecurity services and supporting the GI Cybersecurity Leader in program oversight.

An opportunity to build out a team of technical specialist in our journey to a leading Digital AI enterprise. You will design, recruit, and lead a team of technical cybersecurity specialist to help our Grid Integration scale at speed in a secure manner. This role will also serve as a leadership role within the GI Cybersecurity program and have significant input and oversight in how the program grows and operates with maturity. You will support the GI Cybersecurity Leader in managing multiple facets of the program including establishing a service catalog, building interfaces into IT and other functions, documenting program process and developing management reporting.
