Job summary

Getinge AB is seeking a cybersecurity professional to join its governance team in Sweden. You will coordinate risk, compliance, and program activities to ensure cybersecurity initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with business priorities.

You will translate strategy into measurable outcomes, define KPIs, and report to senior leaders, acting as the primary interface between cybersecurity, IT delivery teams, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Security, IT, Risk Management or equivalent experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance.
• Experience in regulated environments (NIS2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Proven ability to drive execution across complex, federated organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate risk, compliance, and program activities to deliver cybersecurity initiatives.
• Translate cybersecurity strategy into measurable outcomes aligned with business priorities.
• Define and maintain cybersecurity KPIs and report to the CISO and executive management.
• Support cyber risk management by translating insights into prioritized actions and tracking progress.
• Interface between cybersecurity, IT delivery teams, and business stakeholders.
