Overview

The Customs Analyst supports the establishment of data‑driven ways of working by collecting, analysing and reporting data, providing insights and driving decisions.

Responsibilities

• Work across regions to align data analysis, visualisation, reporting and tools, and support and provide input to automation, data and analytics improvements.
• Drive compliance and lower costs by analysing and providing insights around a wide range of mission‑critical data.
• Actively improve data quality and accuracy, providing stakeholders with reports and data visualisation.

Qualifications

• Advanced skills in data analytics, data collection, cleansing and the ability to turn data into actionable insights, plus experience with information modelling and data hierarchies.
• Knowledge of business analysis methods, requirement management and testing.
• A few years of experience in an analyst role and the know‑how to use technology and analysis to drive efficiencies, workflow compliance and business decisions.

Preferred

• Knowledge of customs and trade industry with tactical and operational thinking.
• Fluency in English.
