As a CRM Specialist, you will play a key role in our international team, working closely with colleagues worldwide and at our headquarters in Karlskrona, Sweden. We work with SugarCRM as our CRM platform and your main responsibility is to support users, resolve issues, and ensure smooth system usage. Most interactions will be remote, so strong communication skills via phone, email, and chat are essential.
You will also contribute to onboarding and training new users, provide guidance to colleagues, and help optimize system performance. In addition, you will collaborate with our CRM Manager on development projects and play an active role in improving user experience and system functionality.
