Job summary

Siemens Energy söker en Component Engineer som säkerställer att strukturen för varje maskin korrekt representeras och uppdateras i våra affärssystem. Du ansvarar för att underhålla och uppdatera komponentdata som är avgörande för Gas Services och stödjer produktlivscykeln.

Du arbetar med att godkända komponenter är aktuella och tillgängliga för berörda avdelningar, tar över nya maskinkonstruktioner från produktion till service och integrerar dem i systemen.

Qualifications

• Erfarenhet av SAP och/eller PLM-system eller andra databaser.
• Starka problemlösningsförmågor och förmåga att samarbeta över olika team.
• Snabb att lära nya system och anpassa dig till förändringar.
• Strukturerad och noggrann för hög kvalitet och tillförlitliga resultat.
• Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift; extra språk är meriter.

Responsibilities

• Underhålla och uppdatera komponentspecifikationer och teknisk data i interna system.
• Säkerställa att databasen över godkända komponenter är aktuell och tillgänglig för berörda avdelningar.
• Överta nya maskinkonstruktioner från produktion och integrera dem i systemen.
• Fortsätta förbättra processer inom området genom analys av arbetsflöden.
• Samarbeta för att höja teamets kompetens och resultat.

Do you want to be a key player in our Data Management team? As a Component Engineer, you will ensure that the structure of each machine is accurately represented and updated in our business system. You will maintain and update component data, which is crucial for Siemens Energy’s Gas Services division. By managing this data, you will play a central role in supporting the product lifecycle and ensuring data integrity, making a significant impact on our operations.

• You maintain and update component specifications (B-specs/machine structures) and technical data within our internal systems.
• You ensure that the database of approved and qualified components is current and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• You take over new machine structures from production to service and integrate them into our systems.
• You continuously work on improving processes within your specialized area, analyzing workflows to identify opportunities for enhancements.
• Your collaboration with colleagues raises the overall competence and performance of the team, directly impacting team results.
• You have experience working with SAP and/or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems or other databases.
• You possess strong problem-solving skills and can effectively influence and collaborate with different teams.
• You are quick to learn new systems, allowing you to adapt to changes and utilize new tools effectively.
• You are structured and meticulous, ensuring high-quality and reliable results in your work.
• You are fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English, with additional languages being a plus.
