Job summary

Avinode Group in Gothenburg, Sweden is seeking a Platform Engineer to join our Cloud Platform Engineering team on a permanent basis. You will help modernise our cloud environment, focusing on Windows and Linux, .NET/C# stack and containerised services.

You’ll collaborate across DevOps, SRE, and engineering, work with Azure, Terraform and CI pipelines, and help improve security, observability and developer experience.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience supporting a .NET/C# and Windows stack for SaaS services.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP welcome).
Familiarity with Linux systems and running containers.

Responsibilities

Ensure the Windows environment remains in good shape, through automated security patching, configuration management and observability integration.
Improve and simplify our Continuous Integration systems and pipelines.
Leverage Azure services to reduce maintenance costs.
Harmonise Windows and Linux environments with shared tooling and practices.
Support running applications on a Linux-backed containerised stack.
Contribute to the team roadmap focusing on security, observability and developer experience.
