Job summary

Accenture Nordics is building a Software & Platform Engineering team in Sweden. You will join 40+ colleagues and work on cloud and infrastructure solutions, collaborating across industries to design and secure cloud architectures and automate environments from PoC to production.

The role emphasizes workshops, architecture design, and continuous learning, with a hybrid or remote setup. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential; a Master’s degree and 2–5 years cloud experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience with one or more cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or on‑prem technologies.
• Experience translating requirements into design and operating cloud ecosystems.
• Experience as a developer and/or technical architect.
• Automation mindset across construction and deployment processes.
• Ability to explain complex tech to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client workshops to explore, plan, and design solutions.
• Design, provision and secure cloud architectures for critical systems.
• Support clients by orchestrating and automating environments from PoC to production.
• Participate in architecture and learning initiatives, sharing expertise.

Your work may include:

• Facilitating client workshops where we share knowledge and work together to explore, plan, and design solutions
• Designing, provisioning, and securing cloud architectures for both global and local business-critical systems
• Supporting our clients by orchestrating and automating environments from proof‑of‑concept initiatives to production‑ready deployments
• Taking part in architecture and other learning initiatives, both as a learner and by sharing your expertise with others

We believe: You are passionate about technology and its adoption. You have a strong background in IT infrastructure and are, or want to become, an expert within on-prem, cloud and hybrid cloud solutions, working with the major cloud providers such as Microsoft, AWS, Google and others.

You are a team player with a focus on delivery with excellent communication and people skills.

Here’s what you need:

• An academic degree, preferably at Master’s level or equivalent experience
• 2-5years’ experienceworking with one or more cloud providers’technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud,or on-prem technologies
• Experience with cloud ecosystems, from transforming requirements into design all the way down to operations
• Experience as a developer and/or technical architect
• Experience with infrastructure and thinks about automation in all stages of the construction and deployment processes
• The ability to articulate your knowledge to not only other technical people, but also to non-technical business focused people and help them understand what the technology would mean to them and why they should care
• Fluency in Swedish and English is a must, both spoken and written

Bonus points if you have knowledge/experience in:

• Microservice architecture
• Design and scaling of IT systems
• CI/CD, automation and security
• Container platforms such as OpenShift, Google Anthos, Azure Kubernetes service, VMware Tanzu
• Integration architecture and integration/event solutions such as Cloud Suppliers Integration Services, Kafka, JBoss Fuse, Solace, Mule ESB
• API and Event driven architecture
• Technical architecture-standards, security and frameworks
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC), security controls, monitoring tools, DevOps-tools and services such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, Ant, Maven, Chef, Docker, Git, Jenkins
• Consulting or client service delivery
