Qualifications

• Proficiency in Swedish is a must

We are working with a Nordic technology consultancy specializing in AI transformation and cloud solutions on AWS. They help mid-sized and enterprise companies design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems that automate work and create measurable business value -- spanning the full delivery chain, from strategy and architecture to hands-on implementation.

About the Role

The team consists of engineers and problem-solvers who genuinely like working together. There's serious tech here, and there's also a lot of laughs.

We're looking for experienced professionals with 7+ years in software development who thrive in cloud environments and enjoy building robust, scalable solutions. Your background may be as a Developer, Cloud Architect, or Data Engineer -- what matters most is solid AWS expertise and a genuine curiosity for technology.

You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues on projects that actually matter, with a particular focus on agentic AI, cloud migration, and AWS-native solutions -- acting as both a technical expert and a business partner throughout the process.

You get real responsibility from day one. They don't believe in warming up on the sidelines -- if you're good and you're curious, they want you in the action.

We believe you have

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering
• 5+ years strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Experience as a senior Developer, Architect, and/or senior Data Engineer
• Good understanding of modern cloud architecture, real DevOps, and security principles
• Strong technical leader - who can guide, mentor, and set direction for the team on technical matters
• A genuine curiosity for technology and a desire to keep learning
• Proficiency in Swedish is a must

It is also advantageous if you have:

• Experience with agentic AI systems and generative AI in production
• AWS certifications
• Experience working directly with customers in an advisory role
