Job summary

Brooklyn Health is seeking Clinical Raters and Senior Clinical Raters to oversee the integrity and reliability of endpoint data collected during study visits in CNS clinical trials. You will perform manual reviews of interviews and scale administrations to ensure scoring accuracy and protocol adherence.

You will maintain clear documentation of review findings and scoring justifications, and, for Senior Raters, participate in clinical decision-making regarding site performance and rater

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Rater, Central Rater, or Secondary Reviewer on CNS trials.
• Strong background in clinical data evaluation, quality control, or trial QA workflows.
• Ability to interpret rater performance data and influence clinical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual, independent reviews of recorded clinical trial interviews and scale administrations to ensure scoring accuracy, interview quality, and protocol adherence.
• Maintain clear, reproducible documentation of review findings, scoring justifications, and site intervention plans aligned with protocol expectations.
• Senior Clinical Raters only: Participate in clinical decision-making regarding site performance, evaluate and provide interpretation for rater patterns, and directly oversee targeted site interventions and rater remediation.

About the role

We’re hiring Clinical Raters and Senior Clinical Raters to oversee the integrity and reliability of endpoint data collected during study visits in CNS clinical trials. Clinical Raters and Senior Clinical Raters sit within the Clinical Science team.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual, independent reviews of recorded clinical trial interviews and scale administrations to ensure scoring accuracy, interview quality, and protocol adherence.
• Maintain clear, reproducible documentation of review findings, scoring justifications, and site intervention plans aligned with protocol expectations.
• Senior Clinical Raters only: Participate in clinical decision-making regarding site performance, evaluate and provide interpretation for rater patterns, and directly oversee targeted site interventions and rater remediation.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Clinical Rater, Central Rater, or Secondary Reviewer on CNS clinical trials (e.g., Psychiatry, Neurology).
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong background in clinical data evaluation, quality control frameworks, or trial QA workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret rater performance data, guide clinical decision-making, and manage site-facing interventions constructively.
